The Crafter’s Expo is the magnanimous craft bazaar for all handmade enthusiasts within Pakistan. The expo takes place once a year and is platform to fellow crafters and rural artisans, promoting diversity in crafts, handiwork, hobbies and of course, creativity.

The Crafter’s Expo is a continuous effort to bringing together the community of crafters, whether they are individuals working from home, school going young people, or working to promote ethnic crafts from traditional roots within our country.

The Crafter’s Expo 2014 will be a juried exhibit. Due to the restrictions of space, security and time constraints, a slightly reduced number of vendors will be welcomed onboard to display their individual talents, and the jury process will be based on diversity in genre, uniqueness of product, creativity in execution and of course skill & craftsmanship. The selection process will be reviewed and considered by The Crafter’s Guild.

What does one achieve from the Crafter’s Expo? In simple words, exposure. We know how important it is to receive recognition and feedback for one’s efforts. The Crafter’s Expo caters to just that. Whether you go with all your items sold out or not, you will be sure to go home with a new circle of friends, with a great selection of clients & contacts. You will also be aware of customer tastes, their responses to your work, and will overall be able to identify what works well for you as an individual and for your brand.

Each application will be submitted via form. The entire packet will be reviewed and successful applicants will be notified via email.

All applications will be charged Rs 450/- as a non-refundable processing and management fee. Those applicants successfully welcomed as vendors for the expo will have to submit the needful booth fees to fulfill their booth registration.

NGO's and Charitable organizations are offered booths at 15% reduced stall charges.

Student Participants (with a valid school/university ID) are eligible for a 20% off stall discount

The Crafter's Expo is tentatively scheduled to take place in December as a one open to public event.

The Crafter’s Expo is an individual project and is not backed by any corporate or government entity. It runs on passion and the drive to inspire alongside contributions by generous and supportive members of the community.

All vendors are to conform to rules and guidelines set forth by the Guild for all Crafter’s Expo activities. All artwork, crafts and products must be original pieces and may not be replicated, plagiarized or belong to any form of infringement of copyrights belonging to another artist, fellow crafter, corporate entity or depiction in similarity.

All dates, deadlines and procedures will be listed here on the website once we are ready to begin preparations for the Crafter’s Expo 2014. Til then, watch this space… and keep an eye out for the Crafter’s Expo in a city near you! You don't want to miss application entries or other important updates!
